When you book online please double check which therapist you are booking with for your treatment. All therapists look after their own column. This means once you book, your contact information goes to them and they may contact you directly regarding your appointment.

Please note anyone under the age of 18 requires a signed consent from a parent or guardian before any treatment can go ahead. Anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian when having a treatment in the salon.
We do not carry out Gel Polish nail services on anyone under the age of 14.
We do not carry out Lash or Brow Tinting, Lash Extensions or Lash Lifting Treatments on anyone under the age of 16.
If you are between the ages of 16-18 we still require signed consent from a parent or guardian, you can pick up one of these forms from the salon.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before the following treatments:

Please note we DO NOT except disclaimer forms and no patch test means no treatment will go ahead. You can book a patch test on our online booking system or by giving the salon a call. Please ONLY book your patch test in with the therapist you are booking your initial treatment with as sometimes different products are used by different therapists.
What to expect from different patch testing appointments
Lash and Brow Patch Tests - This is the tint and developer mixed up by your beauty professional and then a little dot of product is placed behind your ear. This patch test takes less than a minute to complete.
LVL Lash Lifting Patch Tests - The guidance has recently changed for this, we can no longer post out these patch tests and they must be done by your beauty professional in person. The patch test only takes a few minutes to complete. There is 4 product tests and 1 tinting test that is applied in the inside of your upper arm. We recommend you wear a jacket or sleeveless top so we can apply this patch test.
Lash Extension Patch Tests - This test requires your lash technician to apply a few lash extensions to your outer natural lashes on each eye. You will need to arrive for your patch test with no eye make up on and no contact lenses in. They will use the under eye pad, prep, primer and glue that will be used in the actual lash treatment to make sure nothing irritates you.
Brow Microblading - Lucy your Brow Technician will put a dot of pigment mixture behind your ear, or if you are sensitive she can do a small hair stroke and apply the pigment into the skin behind the ear. Lucy provides a full Microblading Consultation where she thoroughly explains the treatments, what to expect and treatment aftercare. This patch test can be booked online, by calling the salon or contacting Lucy Kershaw directly.
A We accept all major debit/credit cards (Excluding Amex), Cash and Apple Pay.
Please note all card transactions have to be £10.00 or over. Each therapist has their portable card machine, if you are booked in with two different therapists they will take their payments separately.
We ask that you refrain from bringing young children into the salon. There are so many chemicals and equipment unsafe for children in a salon environment, we know what curious children are like. This also allows you and others in the salon the opportunity to relax and be pampered.
Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. This policy applies to all appointments booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give at least 48 hours notice. We will be happy to change or cancel any appointments up until 24 hours before. Any cancellations or appointment movements made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the treatments booked. We have the right to refuse or cancel future appointments at the salon if appointments are continually misses/changed without notice.
Any 'no show' appointments will be charged 50% of the treatment price that was booked. This payment will be required before a new booking can be made.
If you are running late please contact your therapist directly or call the salon as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate, however any appointments 15 minutes late or more may not be able to go ahead.
COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK
Our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. We run a professional business so we aim to deliver the highest standards in everything we do. Complaints are rare but we take them very seriously, so we have a complaints policy and process which we follow to make sure that things are put right where needed and we can learn from your feedback.
If you are not happy with the service you receive, please tell a member of staff either before you leave the salon, or as soon as possible once you have left. We will listen to your feedback and ask any necessary questions to understand your complaint, we aim to resolve any complaints within 8 weeks. If you have already left the salon, do not go to another salon as we have the right to see exactly what the service or treatment you have received from us, looks like. If you alter your service/treatment elsewhere, we will not be able to rectify any problems and will be unable to offer any sort of resolution.
PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE
It is your responsibility as the owner, to take care of any property you bring into the salon. We take no responsibility for any property which is lost or damaged, unless it is damaged by a member of staff due to carelessness. Anything left in the salon will be held for 8 weeks, we will do our best to contact you to retrieve your property.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect information about you when you book an appointment for a service or treatment, visit the salon for a service or treatment, buy a product or apply for a job, whether contact is online, on paper, by email or over the phone.
The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, phone number, relevant history which may suggest that a service or treatment should not go ahead or certain products should not be used (eg allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions), payment and transaction information, IP address and CVs.
For clients under the age of 16, we will only keep and use their personal information with the consent of a parent, carer or guardian.
HOW INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WILL BE USED
In law, we are allowed to use personal information, including sharing it outside the salon, only if we have a proper reason to do so, for example:
– To fulfil a contract with you ie to provide the service or treatment you have requested and to communicate with you about your appointments
– When it is in our legitimate interest ie there is a business or commercial reason to do so, unless this is outweighed by your rights or interests
– When you consent to it: we will always ask for your consent to hold and use health and medical information.
We have rigorous data protection and security policies in place with all our suppliers.
We would like to send you information about products and services which may be of interest to you. We will ask for your consent to receive marketing information.
If you have consented to receiving marketing, you may opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your information to third party suppliers of products or services. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us by email at the bottom of this policy.
HOW LONG YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT FOR
Unless you request otherwise, we will keep your information to contact you no more than twelve times a year – for a maximum of 1 year from your last visit to the salon.
After a year we will delete all your personal information, except for your name, relevant client history (eg allergy test records which we keep for 4 years) and financial transactions (which we are obliged to keep for 6 years).
WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS KEPT
This information is encrypted and held in the cloud with our booking system provider (Fresha/Shedul). Historical consultation forms (prior to the use of the online booking system) are locked and stored away from the salon. Paper consultation/consent forms for current clients are locked and stored within the salon.
Your information is stored within the European Economic Area on secure servers provided by Fresha/Shedul. Any payment transactions are encrypted. Sending information via the internet is not completely secure, although we will do our best to protect your information and prevent unauthorised access.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CORRECTION
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. This will normally be free, unless we consider the request to be unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a fee to cover our administration costs.

E-newsletters may contain subscriber tracking facilities within the actual email, for example, whether emails were opened or forwarded, which links were clicked on within the email content, the times, dates and frequency of activity. We use this information to refine future email campaigns and provide you with more relevant content based around your activity.
