Clients....

  • You must confirm that you have not been around anyone who has the following symptoms in the last 14 days: fever, dry, persistent cough or a loss of sense of taste or smell. If you have please cancel your appointment.
  • You must confirm that to the best of your knowledge, you have not been in close contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
  • Upon entry you agree to sanitise your hands before ringing the door bell. 
  • Please arrive at the time of your appointment, unfortunately we cannot offer a waiting area due to current restrictions so please don't arrive early. If your therapist is running behind schedule you will be notified.
  • Masks MUST be worn correctly, unless you have a medical exemption. Your mouth and nose have to be completely covered. Please make sure your mask fits around your face and doesn't slip down. If your mask has a metal bar across the nose this can be bent to secure the mask to your face more securely. 
  • Single appointments only. Please do not bring children or friends to your appointment. If your friend has an appointment before or after please do not come with your friend as you will be asked to wait outside the salon.
  • Avoid bringing unnecessary items into the salon. Once you have sanitised your hands and you are having a nail service please refrain from adjusting your mask or using your phone during the appointment.
  • No hot refreshments are available. Bottled water can be requested.
  • After every appointment your therapist has a cleaning time allocated ready for the next client.
