FRONT OF HOUSE COORDINATOR

Are you a natural people person who thrives in a luxury salon environment?

We're looking for an outgoing, professional team member to be the welcoming face of Totally Polished. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating exceptional client experiences while supporting a busy salon team.

Client Experience:

  • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism

  • Managing phone enquiries and bookings

  • Preparing refreshments and ensuring client comfort

  • Creating a calming, welcoming atmosphere

​

Operational Support:

  • Assisting therapists with appointment setup and aftercare

  • General salon maintenance and tidying

  • Managing retail stock and displays

  • Working with spreadsheets and our booking system

​

Marketing & Digital:

  • Social media content scheduling

  • Email campaign creation

  • Basic website editing and updates

  • Supporting marketing initiatives

​

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Exceptional people skills and intuitive client service

  • Confidence with technology and learning new systems

  • Energy, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Social media and marketing knowledge (preferred)

  • Someone who embodies our salon's values of excellence and care

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Salary: £12.71ph

  • 30 hours per week

  • Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 8:30am - 8:00pm

  • Fridays: 8:30am - 5:00pm

  • Flexibility appreciated for occasional schedule adjustments

LASH & BROW SPECIALIST

Are you passionate about creating perfect brows and stunning lashes?

We're seeking a dedicated Lash & Brow Specialist to join our luxury salon team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail who wants to become the go-to expert for all things lashes and brows.

Specialist Services:

  • Lash extensions and lash lifts

  • Brow lamination, tinting, and shaping

  • Consultations and bespoke treatments

  • Building and maintaining a loyal client base

  • Staying current with latest trends and techniques

​

Additional Opportunities:

  • Option to offer other treatments if desired

  • Potential for service expansion as you grow with us

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience in lash and brow treatments

  • Portfolio of your work

  • Passionate about lash and brow artistry

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused

  • Keen to become our salon's lash and brow specialist

POSITION OPTIONS:

EMPLOYED POSITION:

  • Part-time: 17-20 hours per week initially

  • Salary: £12.71ph

  • Hours can increase as your client base grows

SELF-EMPLOYED POSITION:
