At Totally Polished, we’ve always loved showing our appreciation to our amazing clients. Until now, our rewards were delivered through our paper-based loyalty cards – a lovely idea, but not without its flaws. So we’ve decided to take things to the next level!

Starting 1st July 2025, we’re launching a brand new loyalty scheme integrated with our Fresha booking system. It’s simpler, smarter, and completely paper-free – no more worrying about lost cards!

Got an Old Paper Loyalty Card?
No problem! Just bring it with you to your next appointment and we’ll manually add your remaining points to your new profile. We don’t want you to lose the rewards you’ve already worked for.

One Profile, One Email
To keep your points safe and consistent, please make sure you’re always using the same email address when booking through Fresha – the one where you receive your booking confirmations and reminders.
How to redeem
Once you’ve earned 500 points, you’ll receive £5 credit to use on your next treatment, gift cards, or products.

Just let your Therapist know at checkout that you’d like to use your loyalty points – they’ll take care of the rest!

Earning Points

Points are added automatically after each qualifying purchase.

Points apply to full-price services and retail items only.
Redeeming Points

Points must be redeemed in-salon at the time of payment.

You can redeem up to 1,000 points per visit (£10 credit).

Points cannot be combined with other offers or used to buy gift vouchers.
Points Validity

Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

They cannot be sold, gifted, or merged between accounts.

We may adjust your points if an error occurs or a transaction is refunded.
