As a teaching salon and accredited training academy, we're passionate about nurturing the next generation of beauty professionals. Our founder Ffion began her own career as a Saturday girl, working her way up to salon owner and educator, so we know first-hand that every expert starts somewhere.

Each therapist at Totally Polished has their own skill level and experience, and this is reflected in our pricing structure. Whether you’re booked with a New Talent, Intermediate, or Advanced, rest assured you’ll always receive care, attention, and quality service. The difference lies in experience and speed – not passion or professionalism.
We kindly ask that if you have very specific expectations or are used to a particular style of work, you consider booking with a therapist whose experience aligns with your preferences. This helps ensure the best possible match for your needs and avoids disappointment.
New Clients
If you're a new client, we recommend selecting the “New Client” option when booking online or mentioning it when booking over the phone. This allows us to guide you toward the most suitable therapist and treatment for your first visit – helping us deliver the experience you're looking for.
