Program Enrolment & Payment Terms
   Enrolment: By enrolling in this course, you are committing to completing the program and adhering to all course policies.
   Payment Options: The course fee can be paid in full at checkout or in three monthly instalments via Klarna. All payment plans must be completed as agreed upon at enrolment.
   Non-Refundable Policy: Course fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, except in cases specified below in Section 6. This includes full and instalment payments.

Course Access & Duration
   Course Portal Access: Access to course materials, including videos, resources, and downloads, will be provided through the designated online course portal. 
   Availability Period: Access to the course content and community support will remain open for two months after the 30-day program concludes, allowing participants additional time to review and implement the material.
   Login & Account Security: Your login credentials are for your personal use only. Sharing login information or materials with others outside the program is strictly prohibited.

Live Sessions & Recordings
   Weekly Calls: There will be four weekly live calls, scheduled on Sundays at 10am. You are encouraged to attend live, but if unavailable, recordings will be posted in the course portal within 48 hours of the session.
Additional Brainstorming Session: A live brainstorming session will take place on Sunday, 12th January. As with weekly calls, this will also be recorded for review if you cannot attend live.

   Course Materials: All course content, including videos, worksheets, handouts, and resources, is the intellectual property of *The Client Connection Formula* and Totally Polished Academy Limited. Unauthorised sharing, distribution, or reproduction of course materials is strictly prohibited. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by Totally Polished Academy Limited.

   Respectful Engagement: All students are expected to interact respectfully with fellow students and mentor, both in the online portal and during live sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
   Participation in Community Forums: Students are encouraged to contribute positively in community support forums. Constructive feedback, encouragement, and active participation enhance the learning experience for everyone involved.

Refunds & Cancellations
   Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature and immediate access provided upon enrolment, refunds are not issued once payment is made.
   Course Cancellations: In the unlikely event that *The Client Connection Formula* is cancelled by Totally Polished Academy Limited, all participants will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative course start date.
