At Totally Polished, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our clients. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the process is as smooth as possible, please read through the following options for cancelling your appointment.

Cancelling Online via the Fresha Booking App
You can easily cancel your appointment online through the Fresha booking app. To do so, please use the same email address and password that you used when booking your appointment. Simply refer to your email confirmation from the day you booked for the relevant details.

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.

After 48 hours, the system will not allow you to cancel, as it falls within our cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, please contact us directly via phonecall.
Cancelling by Phone
If you prefer to cancel by phone, you can call the salon directly on 01937 833881. If we're with clients and unable to answer, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and the details of the appointment you'd like to cancel. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is in place to protect the salon, ensuring that we can offer the best possible service to all clients. Please note that this policy applies to all bookings at Totally Polished.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by following the same process outlined above. However, please be aware that a cancellation fee will still apply for last-minute cancellations, as stated in our policy.​
